Tour Our Spaces: The Launch Pad, Think Tank, Echo Chamber & Lounge

A room-by-room walkthrough of our Agawam coworking space and what each room is built to do.

·Next Level CoWork

Next Level CoWork in Agawam, Massachusetts is built around four distinct, named spaces — the Launch Pad (seats 8), the Think Tank (seats 4), the Echo Chamber (seats 4, for training), and the Lounge (our community and event hub) — plus dedicated workstations and private offices. Each room has a purpose, and knowing what each one does is the fastest way to picture your own workday here. Consider this your guided tour.

The Launch Pad — where big things get presented

The Launch Pad is our largest meeting room, seating up to eight people. It's the room you book when the stakes are a little higher: a client pitch, a team planning session, a board-style meeting, or a presentation that needs room to breathe.

Think of it as the place you bring people to show them you're serious. It's professional, comfortable, and ready for the moments that move your business forward. Local businesses without a membership often reserve it as a polished alternative to meeting in a café — you can learn more on our conference room page.

The Think Tank — focused collaboration for small groups

Not every meeting needs a big room. The Think Tank seats four and is built for tighter, more focused work: a one-on-one with a client, a small team huddle, an interview, or a working session where you need a door and a whiteboard more than you need square footage.

It's the room for getting real work done together without the echo of a space that's too large for the group.

The Echo Chamber — built for training and workshops

The Echo Chamber also seats four, but it's set up specifically for training and workshops. If you're onboarding a new hire, running a skills session, or walking a client through something hands-on, this is the room designed for teaching and learning.

Having a dedicated training space means you're not improvising in a room meant for something else — the setup matches the task.

The Lounge — the heart of the community

If the meeting rooms are where focused work happens, the Lounge is where the community lives. It's our gathering space — somewhere to take a break, grab a coffee, have a casual conversation, and actually meet the people you share the building with.

It's also our event space. When we host community gatherings, or when members host their own events, the Lounge is where it happens. It's the room that turns a building full of desks into an actual community.

Workstations and private offices

Around these rooms, your day-to-day workspace can take a few forms. A dedicated workstation gives you the same desk every day in the shared area. A private office gives you and your team a room with a door that closes. And if you just need an occasional day, drop-in access has you covered.

Which room should you book?

A quick rule of thumb: match the room to the moment. Booking a client pitch or a presentation for a handful of people? The Launch Pad gives you the space and the polish to do it right. A focused one-on-one, an interview, or a small working session? The Think Tank is the better fit — intimate without feeling cramped. Running a class, onboarding a new hire, or walking someone through a hands-on process? That's exactly what the Echo Chamber is set up for. And anything social — a meetup, a celebration, a community night — belongs in the Lounge.

The mistake people make is defaulting to "the biggest room available," which can leave a four-person meeting rattling around in a space built for eight. Right-sizing the room actually improves the meeting: a snug, well-matched space keeps energy and attention up. If you're not sure, tell us what you're hosting and roughly how many people are coming, and we'll point you to the room that fits. Members can reserve rooms as needed, and non-members can book them too — so the right setting is available whether you're here every day or just for one important meeting.

See it for yourself
