Next Level CoWork is a d/b/a of SA Holding 1, LLC (“Next Level CoWork,” “we,” “us”), located at 11 Herbert P. Almgren Drive, Agawam, MA 01001. This policy explains what information we collect through nextlevelcowork.com, our forms, email and text messages, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you write in a tour request, contact form, chat, booking, membership or lease.
- Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage information — pages visited, device and browser type, and how you found our site (for example an ad or link), collected with cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To schedule and confirm tours, answer questions, and follow up on requests you make.
- To provide memberships, offices and bookings, process payments, and send receipts and account notices.
- To send building notices to tenants and members, such as outages or maintenance.
- To improve our website and services.
- To send occasional emails about our space, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to send messages about your tour (confirmations, reminders and rescheduling) and, for tenants and members, building and account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Terms for the full texting terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business — for example website hosting, payment processing, email and text-message delivery, calendar scheduling and website analytics — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
- To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us at the address below.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
