These terms apply to nextlevelcowork.com and the text messages and emails we send. Next Level CoWork is a d/b/a of SA Holding 1, LLC, 11 Herbert P. Almgren Drive, Agawam, MA 01001. Memberships, offices, day passes and room bookings are also governed by the agreement or license you sign for them.
Text messaging
- Program: Next Level CoWork texts about tours you request (confirmations, reminders and rescheduling) and, for tenants and members, building and account notices such as outages or maintenance.
- Consent: you opt in by adding your mobile number where we ask for it (for example the tour request form) or by giving it to us as a tenant or member. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP, email info@nextlevelcowork.com, or call 413-264-6839.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We handle your number as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Using this website
Please give accurate information when you request a tour, book a room or sign up. Prices, availability and photos on the site can change and are confirmed when you book or sign. Don't misuse the site, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, or interfere with its operation.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, Next Level CoWork is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our messages.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
